2 easy drinks to help you combat cold and flu
It seems that cold and flu is going around now. I have seen quite a few cases in the past week.
Now the weather can change from sunny and warm to rainy, windy and chilly quickly. Remember to dress according to the weather.
Here are 2 drinks for you if you feel you are catching a cold.
– Ginger lemon tea:
if you feel cold and your muscles are tight and sore. Remember to drink it WARM!
– Honey lemon water:
if you have dry and sore throat, mix a tea spoon of honey with water and some lemon juice. This drink is better taken as room temperature or just a little warmer.
Together with lots of water and good rest you can keep flu and cold away!
